Your placement of an order on our website is an offer by you to buy the goods in your order cart. We may accept your order at our discretion. If products are shown on the site but they are incorrectly described, incorrectly priced or not available we shall not be obliged to sell you those products. Once you have placed an order we will send you an email confirmation that your order has been received but this is not a confirmation that your offer to buy the goods has been accepted. A contract between you and www.raudaschl.com for the sale of our products will only come about once your order has been accepted then processed and dispatched to your given address.

We reserve the right to change these terms of sale without notice.

Sales Items
We take care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct. However, specifications and descriptions of products can vary, all our products are handmade and each is unique so images on this website indicate but are not binding. Also, while the color reproduction of the products is quiet accurate, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in color caused by systems you use.

Payment
Our website uses PayPal (paypal.com) which securely processes the payment transaction.

Delivery
Orders placed will be processed and delivered as per your order, if all products are available.

We deliver the products as soon as possible after your order has been accepted. However, we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through unavoidable delay in delivery. In this event we will inform you of any delay.

Ownership will not pass to you until we have delivered the item to you, all goods are shipped with a tracking number. When goods are delivered the risk of damage to or loss of the item passes to you.

Cancellations, returns and refunds
Your right to cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order with us at any time up to 14 days after you receive the goods. To cancel your order within this time frame you must notify us in writing, by email to info at raudaschl.com.

If you cancel your order after the products have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to us at your own cost unless the goods are faulty. You will be credited for the products within 14 days of receipt by us if the goods are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with original packaging.

Returns
If you want to return the goods that you have chosen you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt. We can offer you exchange or refund, provided that the goods are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed in the original packaging. You are responsible for returning the goods to us at your own cost unless the goods are faulty.

Faulty Goods
If you receive faulty goods you should notify us in writing by email at info at raudaschl.com within 7 days of receipt. The goods should be returned to us in line with our returns policy. Once we received the goods we will check the fault. If the fault is verified we will either:

Replace the item or refund in line with our refund policy.

If the goods you have returned are not faulty the goods will be returned to you at your cost.

Goods broken during delivery to you
Our goods are well packed. We take good care in sending glass so it rarely breaks in transit. In the event that this does happen please provide us with the requested information, by email to
info at raudaschl.com, within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Photos of the broken goods, showing the quantity and goods clearly.
4. Please indicate if you would like a replacement or a refund.

Wrong goods delivered
If, by mistake, we supply you with the incorrect item you must notify us within 48 hours. The goods should be returned to us in line with our returns instructions, detailed under Returns policy. Once we have received the goods back we will confirm that it is an incorrect item and then: Replace or refund in line with our refund policy upon your request.

Extra items delivered
If, by mistake, we send you extra items you must notify us within 48 hours. Goods should be returned to us in line with the returns policy. If you do not adhere to this procedure and are found to be in possession of goods that you have not paid for, you may be charged for the goods.

Refund policy
If you are eligible for a refund, we will refund the account used to pay for your original order.

Please note that it is your responsibility to update us of any changes to that account you payed for originally.

We try to make all eligible refunds within 7 working days from receipt of the returned goods. But it can take up to 14 days.

Returns Policy
For all returns, except where the goods are faulty or we have delivered the wrong item, you will be required to pay for the return of the products to us. To return any products to us, please send us an email to info at raudaschl.com and indicate if you want a refund or a replacement.
Pack the items carefully into original packaging, put in your printed order and send it to:
